A Heart For You, Inc. was formed in October of 2010 when Sharon Mercer began to get popular by demand and could no longer handle the clientele on her own. Sharon was consistently hearing herself say, I have a heart for the seniors, this is my life call, which is how the company came to be named A Heart For You, Inc.Prior to 2010, Sharon began serving the elderly in 2005. She served in the facilities as activities assistant and director of activities as well as a personal care aide. While serving in the facilities, she proved herself as one with a heart for the elderly. A lot of our business comes from referrals from those who either know Sharon or have seen her in action with the elderly.
A Heart For You, Inc. has grown, to this point, by referral alone. We believe the service and the price of the service we offer and provide is the best. We believe seniors are some of the most amazing people on this earth and we desire to give them the ultimate respect.
All of our companions must pass background investigation and drug testing. We hire those with a genuine heart for people, primarily seniors. We invite and encourage the family to be a part of the decision making process in choosing the right companion for their family member.
